Paragon is providing Program/Project Management services to the LAUSD “Existing Facilities” Central Offices on a program-wide basis. The LAUSD Existing Facilities Modernization Capital Improvement Program is an $8.0 Billion program with over 19,000 projects plus another $1 Billion in funding to be identified.

Program, Project, and Construction Management Services
Paragon is also providing Program/Project Management and Construction Management services to the LAUSD “New Construction” program, supporting projects in the Valley and South Regions. The LAUSD New Construction Capital Improvement Program is a $11.2 Billion program.
PLACENTIA YORBA LINDA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (PYLUSD) $680M
Program, Project, and Construction Management Services
Paragon has been providing Program/Project Management and Program Controls services to Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School District (PYLUSD) since 2003. The PYLUSD Existing Facilities Modernization Capital Improvement and New Construction Programs are with a total program budget of $395.2 million plus an additional $250M+ fund from the community’s approval of school bond Measure A on February 5, 2008. Performance audits and financial audits efforts have been monitored by an independent oversight committee each year and each audits committee have commented that PYLUSDs construction program is a model for other districts to emulate. BEVERLY HILLS UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (BHUSD) $334M
Program and Project Management Services
The Measure E $334.0M Program implements the first phase of the District’s Facilities Master Plan. Projects include health/safety improvements, roof replacement, modernize/upgrade classrooms, restrooms and school facilities, improve student access to computers and technology, improve energy efficiency, upgrade inadequate electrical and plumbing systems and construct new classrooms.
SANTA MONICA MALIBU UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (SMMUSD) $299M
Program and Project Management Services
The Measure BB Program implements the first phase of the District’s Facilities Master Plan. It is funded by the Santa Monica-Malibu voter-approved $268 million safety and repair bond to improve health, safety and classroom instruction by constructing, upgrading and equipping District schools and by enhancing science labs and improving student access to technology. Program and Project Management services
Paragon provides staff augmentation services in the areas of project management, design management, construction management, and related services under the Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for District-Wide Professional Services agreement, to accomplish LACCD’s goals of building new facilities and improving existing buildings to provide sufficient space and technology to serve its students and the surrounding communities.

Measure Y facilities modernization projects district-wide, upgrading electrical, plumbing, sewer, heating and ventilation systems, renovating restrooms, replacment of roofs and installing technology infrastructure.

Construction of a new elementary school: 31 new classrooms, a library, multi-purpose room, food service and lunch shelter, administration, playfields, and underground parking.
South Region High School #9, South Gate, California; Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD); Total Budget: $213.9 Million
Construction of a new high school: three small schools or learning communities that include 53 new classrooms science labs, a library, food service and lunch shelter, and administration offices. Shared facilities include performing arts classrooms, multi-purpose room, gymnasium, administration support services, playfields, and surface parking.
