Assignment: Los Angeles World Airports, Airside
Salary: up to $104.0K annual, depending upon experience
General Duties
• In accordance with established procedures, perform a variety of routine administrative, clerical, and data
collection tasks for supervisor and Airside Team
• Perform various administrative, clerical, data collection, data entry, letter and report writing and
distribution tasks
• Receive direction from immediate supervisor in completing non‐routine assignments
• Scan, fax and bind documents, reports, and proposals as required
• May develop new reports or revise existing reports, as directed. Such reports may be in Excel
spreadsheet, graphical formats, narrative‐style Word , or Power Point formats
• May be responsible for gathering and verifying data and statistics from team members and various
resources to generate and review and edit documents such as letters, meeting minutes, FAA reports, bid
documents, Power Point presentations, etc.
• Distribute letters and reports as directed by immediate supervisor or required by others
• Prepare correspondence, reports and copies (including CDs) not requiring the personal attention of
immediate supervisor at the request of Airside Team members.
• Arrange meeting and schedule appointments for immediate supervisor and team members using
Outlook. Prepare for and attend meetings, compile minutes using Prolog and distribute as required.
• Prepare general correspondence and maintains general files. Performing Document Control and
tracking responsibility for Construction Documents and Reports
• Answer telephone, take and relay messages, screen callers and direct calls accordingly
• Track and maintain schedule of team or of office and vacation schedules
• Establish and maintain detailed, organized records of reports, files, letters and project documents
electronically
• Establish and maintain detailed, organized hard copies of reports, files and project documents as directed
by immediate supervisor.
• Contribute to the advancement of ADG’s goals through commitment to productive collaboration with all
stakeholders
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Hardware/Software Knowledge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of software is required
Professional Experience Level and Other Qualifications
• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required and a Bachelor Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Good written and oral communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required
• Demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills and the utilization of MS Windows and related word
processing, spreadsheet, and database software, is required
• Experience with Document Control System and Prolog experience is preferred
• Office Experience in Design or Construction Field is preferred
• A working knowledge of ADG policies and procedures is preferred
