Assignment: Los Angeles World Airports / Bradley Reno – Controls
Salary: up to $89.5K annual, depending upon experience
The Change Administrator reports to the Contracts Manager and supports the Project Controls Manager. The Change Administrator will provide change support services to any project within the Airports Development Group (ADG) scope, including Airside, Landside and other elements, including but not limited to the Terminal Element. The Change Administrator is primarily responsible for coordinating changes across the environment, ensuring correct procedures are followed and changes are accurately recorded, scheduled and controlled; and for producing periodic status reports indicating the activity and status of the various changes in the system.
General Duties
• Responsible for coordinating changes across the environment, ensuring correct procedures are followed and changes are accurately recorded, scheduled and controlled.
• Assess the priority and impact of all changes for accuracy
• Co-ordinate change approvals liaising between approvers and initiators
• Create and distribute change support reports and analysis
• Participate in claims analysis and negotiation
• Support the Project Management team in maintaining timely and effective change support processes, procedures and systems.
• Take the lead in the development and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports to keep management and/or owner informed of change progress.
• Helps implement trend and change support programs.
• Must be a self-starter attitude with proactive, results-oriented focus; and willing and capable to assume additional responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success on the job, as evidenced by satisfactory performance, acceptance of responsibility and growth in previous positions. Proven accuracy, reliability and completeness in job accomplishment.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to interface with a variety of people with different technical levels and educational backgrounds; must be detail-oriented and highly organized; and must be able to produce accurate and timely results while maintaining a customer-service attitude.

Element Specific Duties
• Coordinate changes across the project environment, ensuring correct procedures are followed and changes are accurately recorded, scheduled and controlled
• Prepare Change Documents
• Route Change Documents for signature and tracks status
• Create and distribute change reports and analysis
• Participate in claims analysis and negotiation
• Support the project management team in maintaining timely and effective change support processes, procedures and systems
• Lead the development and maintenance of any periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) status reports to keep management and/or owner informed of change progress
• Ensure that changes properly encumber contractual capacity and budget
• Coordinate with ADG scheduling to ascertain time impacts of changes under consideration
• Assist with implementation of trend and change support programs
• Contribute to the advancement of ADG’s goals through commitment to productive collaboration with all stakeholders
Education Requirements:
A four-year degree is preferred. However a two-year technical degree augmented with courses and/or seminars in engineering change control, change requests, contract administration, project management, is acceptable.
Hardware/Software Knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Adobe Acrobat
• Large-scale construction management type software such as Prolog, Primavera etc.
